How do I buy Furniture?

Find a dealer that wants to help you buy furniture not sell it.  Find someone that you trust and that genuinely cares about the outcome.  In other words, they ask and listen twice as much as they talk.

Have a plan, most dealerships can help you with this.  Think about quantity, size, height, style color, and attributes.  Think about how you want to lay out the space.

Consider putting more money on high quality attributes such as seating and sit to stands,

How much you are wanting to spend.  Consider all four of these options, new, refurbished as is and blended new and used or remanufactured.  Try to have a budget if not ask the dealer for help.  Let them know your questions and concerns.

Have a deadline for occupancy.

Think about what you will do with surplus furniture and achieve the least amount of exposure and the highest possible return.
